Take the exit off Birchley Roundabout Island the A4034 for Oldbury. Carry straight on down the dual carriageway over the first set of traffic lights, straight over the next roundabout into Halesowen Street by Sainsburys Supermarket. Straight over the next 2 mini roundabouts into Church Street. Then take the 2nd on your right into Wesley Street turn left at the bottom into Queen Street go to the end and turn left into New Meeting Street Bates Corner is on the right hand side

From West Bromwich

From West Bromwich ringway bear left into Moor Street A4034 for Oldbury Continue on the road which becomes Bromford Lane, straight over the next island, passed Sandwell & Dudley Railway station straight over the traffic lights, at the next island take the first exit into Church Street. take the next left into Wesley Street turn left at the bottom into Queen Street go to the end and turn left into New Meeting Street. Bates Corner  is on the right hand side at the end of the cul de sac.

From Wolverhampton

Take the A4123 towards Dudley and the M5 follow the Birmingham New Road till you come to Burntree Island. Take the third exit for the M5 motorway A4123 continue straight on till you come to Birchley Island. Take the first exit towards Oldbury.
